Notes: Please consult your "Computer Freedom" or "Perfect Print" Program Contract for timeframes for each choice. We guarantee we will contact you within 60 minutes of your submission for any request during regular business hours. Emergency Repair: The computer or printer is down and you need it up and running ASAP. If you are not on the "Computer Freedom" or "Perfect Print" Program, you are willing to pay the Emergency Repair Fee. This would include any computer problems and printer error codes and jams. Non-Emergency Repair: The computer or printer is down but you don't need it up and running immediately. This would include any computer problems and printer error codes and jams. Preventative Maintenance:The computer or printer runs fine, but time for annual or semi-annual maintenance; or the printer runs fine, but may be printing dirty copies. |
