If you are ever dissatisfied with one of our remanufactured toner cartridges, call and let us know. We will exchange the cartridge immediately and vacuum out the printer, if needed, at no additional charge. If you still aren’t satisfied with the quality of our Premium or Standard Remanufactured toner cartridges, we will buy you the remanufactured toner cartridge you were using before trying us.
